Looking for a Program Monitor for my MacBook Pro Editing system. Currently have an ASUS 22" HDMI plugged into the mini connection on the left side of the laptop. Since I am recording directly to HDD/DVD I am wondering if I really need an external Program Monitor, like a Panasonic, Sony, JVC, etc. CRT.
I have watched the DVX 100A DVD sold on this forum and it's been a while since that was produced and the technology has changed dramatically since then.
