HD output crashing issues?

[zoom2zoom]

i am new to videos.. coming for DSLR stills, but i have been making short clips using the GH1 and post processing in Vegas platinum 9.0.

i have not had any problems with previous videos, but this latest video at 4 mins, everytime i tried to output to HD, (HDV 720-30P, 25P or 1080) it will crash and close the software?? the only way i can output is to standard avi.

am i doing something wrong? please assist if possible.

thank you in advanced.

Are you running a 64-bit OS and rendering AVCHD input? If so there are some tweaks you have to make to Vegas to make it not crash.
