This looks like a suitable monitor for HD 1080 (24p, 25p, 30p):

http://www.ecinemasys.com/products/dcm23/dcm23_features.htm

Quote from the website:

"Conventional LCD's operate at approximately 60 frames per second. They are designed for computer applications, where this is a standard.
The DCM23 is designed to operate at true and accurate HD and SD frame rates. For example, 23.976fps is displayed at 23.976 frames per second."

Does anyone know the price?

True 23.976 frames per second?

Isn't that gonna flicker?

Remember, even though film is projected at 24 frames per second, each frame is flashed twice with a rotoscoping disk behind the projector lens, which doubles the rate our eyes see the image... to a rate of 48 frames per second.

You're right. Some film projectors even triple the rate, using three blade discs.
There should be two possibilities:

(1) The monitor doubles the refresh rate automatically (23,976 x 2)
(2) The refreshing rate can be manually set to whatever one likes. So one can set it to 47.952 before monitoring 24p.
