HD FCP project to SD Compressor DVD crop settings?

I've got an HD 720P project in FCP.. I want to have compressor crop to 4:3 while it creates the m2v file..

Anyone know the proper crop setting? I just want to center crop and lose the sides.. Source inset crop to 4:3 which sets the crop on left and right to 280.. and the picture was making everything look fat.....

Ok... So after a little thinking about it I just did the math...

to get my frame horizontal frame size to a 4/3 ratio I take my verticle rez of
720 * 4 / 3 = 960, so I need to crop my frame down to 960 horizontal
720p has a horizontal rez of 1280
so
(1280 - 960) /2 = 160 crop for both left and right

I believe this is correct... and the results looked right...
