HD achromat questions

The M2 and Brevis35 cameras use the same 72mm HD achromat lens in their design. With stepdown and stepup adapters of course, is that achromat usable on every camera?

Are there any possible optical issues with certain cameras with the achromat?

As long as it's a 72mm or 82mm lens, there shouldn't be a problem.
