Having trouble exporting from After Effects.

I want to export from after effects but it says I need Adobe Flash Player or Flash Player Professional. Is there anyway to export it to an blue ray file, that can be played by all media players, and upload-able to any site? I would also like to export footage from AE in Premiere Pro, but it says I need a filter for that, that is is missing. Thank you for any help.

Use the 'make movie' option.

Composition->Make Movie

Then select file format and codec options. Look at the Tutorials on Video Copilot for details.

Okay thanks it worked and I set it to MPEG blue ray, but it has block bars on the left and right side, and isn't 16:9 fully.

Since I'm not there to hold your hand... you have to make sure your composition settings are 1920x1080, and that the rendering options are also 1920x1080, if that is the size you are going for.

If you change the output sizes, they have to be in the same ratio. For example, 1280x720 for that sized output will be 16:9...

Okay thanks but it doesn't ask for that. It asks for module settings, output module, log, and output to. It doesn't ask what pixel ratio I want.

Here's a few screens that I put together. I used H.264, rather than 'MPEG' anything. If I were to make a Bluray, I'd use Encore and use H.264. There are many other ways to get output, but this is as simple as I can make it for a quick indication of the process, and things I look for to make sure my composition comes out the way I expect.

This screen is to verify that the composition I'm working with is in fact, 1920x1080.

This screen is to indicate what 'function' I'm doing, namely "Make Movie...".

This screen is to indicate the output module setup that I would use for this simplistic output.
