have a doc. to shoot, which frame rate for timeline?

hello,

so i have a documentary to shoot involving some athletes. i am scheduled to shoot them in practice and later i will have some of them interviewed. my question(s) is, for live action stuff what is the best frame rate to use for capturing the most physically 'real' movements? after that there will be interviews at 24fps but i would like to know what sort of timeline to put all the footage in fcp? by the way, using an hvx200.
