Has This Ever Happened To Anyone??? !

Hey Guys,

About 2 weeks ago i ordered my DVXUser 5600 7.2 LI-ION Battery. I got it a couples days ago and sent a PM to jared but no response....

When the battery came, i took it out, and all look fine. I took the battery and threw it on my charger first thing to see if there was any juice. The Panasonic Stock Battery Charger lit green for about 3 seconds, then went off. Curious, i threw it on the DVX but No-Juice.

I threw the battery back on the charger, did same thing and left it there for about an hour. The green light never lit back up, nothing happened. I threw it BACK on the DVX and still no juice...

can anyone help? Or who i contact about helping me? I pm'd jared and left him a post on a thread he was responding on but still nothing, and really need the batter up and running ASAP. Thanks All,

sounds like a dud. I think he is in Park City at Tromadance, so you may not hear anything from him in a bit. Its only been a couple hours.

I think you should contact the place you bought it and ask for a replacement..
