I had a JVC TM910su 9" field monitor which I dearly loved.
I sold it to open a business.
Now, I've purchased another one. I have the exact same battery belt that I used to power the unit I sold but it won't power this monitor. When I turn the monitor on the status light on the front just makes a very nasty clicking noise and flashes red.
It sorta sounds and acts like my ex-wife. Scary!
I know it's not the battery belt because I power other things off of it all the time.
Anyone ever have this happen? It runs fine when plugged into the AC power.
Apart from installing a small nuclear facility and electrical outlet in my thigh, I think this may have compromised the whole portability aspect of owning a field monitor.
