Has LANDMINE disappeared?

Trying to get ahold of anyone about the battery purchases has been impossible. I've sent emails, pms, called the number listed on my credit card balance.. you name it I've done it. I now see that the batteries are listed as "out of stock" with nothing left as to an idea of when they will be, if ever again, available. My last purchase with Landmine for these batteries went fairly well but I am a bit disappointed with the lack of communication after the past 2 weeks.:(

If there's anyone who can help get me in contact with Landmine, Deb@dvxuser or whoever I need to get ahold of to get my refund, it would be greatly appreciated. I have a big shoot coming up Valentines day weekend and I need the batts by Wednesday. Looks like I'll have to order from Spec-Comm now.

Just came across your post. I to just order 2 batteries on January 28th and have
not received them or in fact, any email confirmation of my order. I have sent to
two emails as a followup and nothing as of yet.

I ordered a couple of them a few years back and the sale went very smooth and
the batteries are still functioning fine.

I'm a little concerned as well. Maybe someone on the forum can let us know what
the deal (or no deal) is.

I'm beyond frustrated at this point. For over 2 weeks, my money has been sitting in Landmine's hands, with not one OUNCE of communication. I continue to send emails with no response back. Excuse my language, but this is ****ing ridiculous. You cannot operate a business like this. My mistake for have ever entrusted this company with my money. I want my refund, and I want it now.
 
After some searching, I found this info in other threads:

Jarred ships batteries twice a week (unless he's on a job) and anyone NOT allowing AT LEAST 3 weeks for delivery is going to be disappointed.

That was from an old thread, though. I've heard complaints about the battery ship time on many occasions, but they all eventually get them.

I can't seem to remember who you're supposed to PM about it...

Start a thread in the "cafe" and make the title something along the lines of: Where's my DVXuser batteries?".

You'll get your answers quickly.
 
Dont worry we are still here... Deb just got back from out of town (usual case)... I know the service is horrible, and Jason is almost ready to take over the shipping after he is finished unpacked.
 
Hey, Guys. The batteries and some other stuff will be coming under a new system soon and you should soon see some good customer service and quicker order fulfillment around the table.

Hopefully within a couple of weeks, the transition will be made.

Can you refund me my money then, please? I had to have batteries by today which is why I ended up ordering from another company.

I too ordered batteries about 3 weeks ago but have just received them today.

They seem to be worth the wait. Thanks.
