Has anyone heard of slow lights (light kit)

[Big ScareCrow]

I just talked to a friend who recommended a flouresent kit by the name of "slow lights"
He gave me the .com for it but it didn't show up. Has anyone heard of these light kits. If so, where could I find them on the net. Thank you

Yes I think so--flolights said with a speech impediment. Just having a bit of fun.
