Harry Potter 6 score production video

Hello all,
Here's a nice video of the new Harry Potter score being performed and recorded.

Enjoy!

That's one hell of a mixing board. Seeing stuff like this also tends to make me jealous of really good string players. I've been considering working more on picking up one of those. It's a hard switch to make, but that's pretty cool stuff.

Yeah, that board was amazing!

Guys, that studio is in the Abbey Road complex, and that's studio 2 rebuilt since the Beatles recorded in there. The board is an English SSL.

Here's a nice site to visit, check the size of the orchestra in the video on the Afrika theme. The more you look at this the more you see, note the 104 musos all wearing their own headsets, a nightmare for the studio crew.

And the budgets and for a Sony Playstation game. aaarrgh!

Cheers.

Another nice video!

Cool piece, surprisingly "old school" for a video game!

And an amazing performance by the orchestra ...
