Hardware to mount 5/8" hex spigot (like on a magic arm) to a flat wall.

I'm trying to find hardware that is a bit like a baby pin (e.g.: https://cvp.com/product/manfrotto_f800_baby_wall_plate), but with a female receptor to take a 5/8" spigot such as that on the Manfrotto Magic Arms, or the Manfrotto single paper hooks (https://www.manfrotto.co.uk/background-paper-single-hooks-set-of-two). I suppose a regular baby pin, with a female-to-female 5/8" spigot coupler - if such a thing exists would also work.

Can anyone advise on my best options?

BUT - the typical magic arm male 5/8 are only about 30mm long - this looks like it needs 2in of 'penetration' to hit the tie down

Ground off it could be tidy.
