Hard Drive arrangement

Hi THere doing a bulid for Max and Maya Work

I have 3x 500gb 7200rpm seagates

Should i a)

1 System Drive + Other 2 in RAID 0

or

All Three in RAID 5 and Partition System Space and Storage ?

3 in RAID5, Make a 40GB partition for the OS, and the rest for Data, that way you have speed, and piece of mind.
