Just got the FCS2.0 box set and got 4 volumes of Final Cut Pro help, and nothing for any of the other apps. I know they have the PDFs (online help) but why doesn't this come with hard copy manuals for the other apps? How can I get them?

Nope, you're stuck with what you got. There are some pretty good books though, like the Apple Training series and Peachpit Press.
