Harbor Freight Dimmers don't dim all the way???

[Bad Navigator]

I just received my three Harbor Freight dimmers, and it seems none will dim all the way down. I was expecting to have full control of my light output from 0-100%, but this doesn't seem to be the case, only about 30-100% or so. Are other people experiencing the same thing with their dimmers?

[Leo Versola]

Yes, that's normal for these dimmers...

There's always some compromise for such deals.

Remember, they are not dimmers but router speed controllers.
