Happy with new Vegas Scheme

Change the overall look of my XP Windows environment and it turned Vegas into something much more pleasing to my eyes. I have always found it too contrasting to begin with; but this new scheme I am digging.

I've never been a fan of the Vegas layout, but that is a damn fine shot on your monitor, is that yours?

Yes and yes.

My monitor and November in timeline. I always screw with Trailers when I have nothing going on; I like CC'ing them and cutting them to hell.

I'm still looking for a possibly 'tad lighter' charcoal though. It does have a Combustiony/Avidy thingy going on.

It looks like the interface for Audition, which I've never really liked. It doesn't look a thing like the other Adobe apps.

My hat goes off to all you guys that crate such good **** out of Vegas. I edit on FCP and I got into Vegas on my pc at home and was a lost as a little boy. But John I agree with you that is allot better on the eyes.

Blue - That's a lot of cuts. What project is that? How come you haven't posted anything from it? Why don't you have the "widescreen/letterbox" file on a seperate video layer (top)stretched across the entire project? Your way looks confusing.

The theme is from 'Windowblinds'.

Lot's of cool 'looks and makes the PC experience a little cooler. They even have a MAC style menu bar; you know the kind that you hover over and it grows large? I tried it for about 5 seconds and then wondered why MAC users want that?

Here is the theme I am using currently:

I have had ZERO issues whatsoever with it. It says its the only one that is endorsed by Microsoft.

Zero pop-ups, Zero bugs, Zero lags.

My understanding (Could be wrong here) is that the WindowsBlinds code in some form was used for XP's skinning features.

John, what theme are you using?
