Hanging by wires

I was wondering how I could get a wire hanging with harness setup.
I wanted to do some matrix freeze frame in the air.
So my subject needs to be on wires.
Anyone know or have any idea on a cheap way on doing it safe and effective.

Your first choice should be to find a stunt coordinator or rigger that can do it for you. Depending on where you are and where you look, you should be able to find someone qualified for less than $500.

Aside from that, you need a good climbing harness, twice as much wire/rope than you measure out, very good pulleys, and at least two guys with repelling gear to descend and secure the line while the actor is suspended.
