Of the highly regarded wired lavs, like Countryman and Sanken, is there one that's particularly resistant to cable noise when some movement is unavoidable?
Aside from the circular clip that holds the mic capsule in place, there is a small clip that grabs onto the cable. That way, any tugging or tension stops at the clip itself, rather than being transmitted into the mic. If your mic clip doesn't allow for such a cable loop, you can always loop the cable around and pinch it between the clip's jaws and the fabric onto which it is clipped.
