I have a Zacuto Universal Baseplate (newest model) and I'm looking for a decent pair of handgrips for it. I've used the Kinogrips before, which are super comfortable, although fairly pricey and quite chunky. I'm probably looking at getting some kind of ARRI rosette bridge plate to mount to the 15mm rods, and then extending the grips out so I'm looking for recommendations for all that gubbins too.
I already have a Zacuto Z-drive follow focus as well, so I'm considering getting the tornado grip for that, in which case I'd just need the right-hand grip. I'm shooting with an A7s but in future may put an FS7 and other cameras on the rig, so having the rosette mount is something I'm keen on so I can mount the control grip.
What works best for you? Photos of your rig would be a bonus.
