had to make a resume

I'd change the font. It's just too hard to read.

Otherwise, I like that you immediately go into your experience, your skills, your equipment, and include links to everything so they can go check it out. Is there any way you can make the links active in the PDF, so if you email it they can just click and look at your work?

Glad to see you didn't bother with an objective. I always thought they were silly--if you send someone a resume the objective is pretty obvious right? To get work?

If anything, I'd put a link direcxtly to your reel at the top, and make it prominent. Also, if you've won awards you may as well list them at the end. Whether they mean anything to you or not doesn't matter--some employers love them.

mucho gracias, man.
I'm glad I posted it on forums first. Found some punctuation mistales and a date change that had to happen.
I always include a link to my reel when I send out a resume via email and I always include a DVD when I snail mail one so I won't add a link on the resume for it. I thought about listing my awards but, man, everyone knows most of these are just purcahsed trophies from regional emmys to tellys so in many ways I see them as doing more harm than good. My rewards are hugs and high fives from happy clients. I figure just listing these folks as references is better than the trophies I "won" than had to anty up a couple hundred bucks for. lol
Do you list awards? If so, what feeback do you receive as a direct result? As a resume viewer, it just gives me more to skim through so I may be jaded here.

Love how the descriptions have a voice that reflects you instead of that fake resume-ish verbage. Was the date change related to the bottom two listings going into 2001? That didnt make sense to me - 91 seems more correct, unless you just were really stinking busy and did a bit of commuting.

Nice though, stands out from the "standard" resume and in a very good way.

thank you, sir. Yeah I had the years jacked up in the PMAP employment. Hey, it's been a while. lol
I fixed it and some comma errors and replaced the files online so what ya see now is what ya get. I went ahead and added references instead of the old upon request thing. While that can create a dialog, respecting their time is crucial so in the name of that, it's all on one page.

Just looked at the PDF - my only other thought is that you are really really close on the margins - maybe a different font in the descriptions that is a bit tighter? Also I'm tempted to cut the "friend" out of those two references, makes it almost sound like "yeah I do some videos for my friends" when I know your work is bigger than that. I've been wrong a few times before though, would be interested to hear others thoughts on the friend thing.

Thanks, Jeff. I was wondering about that, from the reader's point of view. From ine, it was a chance to say they have evolved into more than just clients. Total victory from a business stand point as that is the goal but I'm not sure that's how it comes accross in just reading it.
thanks man.
