I Indyreel Well-known member Mar 4, 2010 #1 I just got my Oktava MK012 and planned on connecting it to my H4n. But the Oktava says it needs 48v Phantom power. Does the H4n supply this? If not, how can I use the Oktava with the H4n? Thanks.

I Indyreel Well-known member Mar 5, 2010 #3 Thanks Andrew. Is there anything special I need to do to supply the power to the Oktava via the H4n? As I noticed that the H4n transformer is not 48Volts, and that's what the Oktava instructions say the mic needs as phantom power.
