H4 mic model to record MILLTONE

I will be using a Zoom H4 I bought slightly used from independent film producer Mike Carroll (Nightbeats) to record demos for MILLTONE Tunable Steel Tongue instruments. The instrument range is from a low D3 146.83 Hz to high A4 440 Hz with 6 precisely tuned notes in between. There are a lot of instrument harmonics, resonance, and overtones to capture the overall sonic quality of the instrument. Should I use a mic model like U87 or 414. My previous demos were recorded in mono using a Sure 57 a Xenos headphone amp used as a preamp into my vista laptop Audacity program. I then sync with the Flip camera video in Windows movie maker and mute the Flip sound track. I want a clean representation of the actual instrument. You can visit http://milltonedrums.wordpress.com to hear the final YouTube product with the current recording setup. The YouTube processing causes the audio to be out of sync with the video in the streaming results.

Since the purpose of the recording is to demonstrate the instrument for potential buyers, accuracy is most important. Since the recording is ending up on YouTube I feel the built in stereo mics should be good enough and since my laptop is a bit noisy, I plan on recording on the H4 and then moving the files into Audacity or the Cubase LE that comes bundled with the Zoom.

Thank you all.
