Does anyone know how to convert to this (a program or something)? My friend was trying to convince me that I should use this codec, but I have no clue where to start. Plus, isn't it for HDDVD and Bluray anyways?
H.264 can be used in a number of different applications/ways - Apple for example uses it for all their HD trailers on the their website but is can also be used for HD DVD and Bluray.
The easiest way to start using it is to export a movie out of Quicktime after you have upgraded to the pro version. ($30)
