h264 export with hpx footage on fcp2

Hey guys, im exporting my hpx170 footage as h264. Im having issues with its frame size. its exporting to 1920x1080. but my hpx footage was 1280x1080. Ive exported using quicktime conversion and set the frame rate to both "current" (which was something like 640x480 or so) and i tried compressor native and I EVEN did it custom and did 1280x1080. regardless the export comes out at 1920x1080 and its just too big.

what am i doing wrong?
