A standard video player (depending on your PC) will have trouble playing a big uncompressed .AVI or .MOV (multiple gigs). Those are big freaking files. When you're rendering anything, the question is this:

where is your video going to be watched?

Tell us that and we can advise you on render settings.

have you tried the online help via the tool bar. Use rendering or exporting as the keyword and do a search. You have codec issues...

when you click render as from the file menu- choose the NTSC DV template for starters, it should fill in the rest automaticaly. See how that looks..

this video is going to be watch on tv what would be the original setting render as and i also going to do a couple of dvds that im going to compress also for the internet i did tryed the render as NTSC DV template but i had no luck you can see it perfect on a small size but not o afull size ?why is that could it be codec issues?

If you are using the NTSC DV template, then you should be having no issues, unless you played with some of the settings.
Can you post a pic of the problem? What are the source files from? Did you shoot the media yourself, or is it downloaded media? Or did a friend shoot the footage?
The NTSC DV template is for printing to a DV camera, and viewing on a television.

looks like there is an interlacing problem on 4. Nice scenery. I am not familar with VEgas, but I know on Premier that you have to tell it to deinterlace, or you will get the problem on a computer monitor.

That''s indeed interlace artifacting, and you'll always see this with interlaced footage on a computer monitor.
If you're in the Miami area (wild guess due to ocean) I'm doing a training in Miami Thursday and Friday of this week, should you want some Vegas help.
http://www.vasst.com/Calendar.aspx?sort=c will show you the location/cost/times of the event.
(Embassy Suites, near the Miami Airport)
