Gunshots , Squibs, bloodpacks?

I could be mistaken, but I am fairly sure that you need to be licensed to buy or use squibs. You might want to hire an effects and or weapons master. I ws shooting BTS on Prison Break in Florida a few weeks ago and they had a shootout in the jungle with hits. Actors and small explosives, which are what squibs are really require experienced pros to do it safely.

I hired a weapons master on my shootout scene in my student film years ago.

For sure you need a license. Look into an "air squib" or some other DIY solutions. In order to buy squibs you need to be a federally licensed pyrotechnics person. Attempting to buy them without a license will result in impolite laughter.
