What you are referencing up there is one of many "Got-myself-a-Yahoo-business-account-and-made-me-a-website-off-of-a-template" businesses. There must be a dozen or so, all selling exactly the same stuff.

IAR has a good variety of guns, plus you can actually call them and talk to them. They'll run specials occasionally - right now one of them is a 1911 model by Bruni - not a bad gun at not a bad price.

For better or worse, they are about the only game in town for some of the more common blanks. I have found various .22 blanks for cheaper elsewhere, but these guys are as good as it gets for the 8mm auto and the .380 revolver blanks.

If you know what you want, try eBay - there are a few good vendors selling blank guns there.
 
I see what you mean about the "got-my-self-a-yahoo-store" thing. I'll definitely check out your recommended link and probably go through them.

As for airsoft, I have not seen too many product pics that look as good as the replicas unless you go with the higher end models which seem to be just as costly but I'll look around a bit.
