Reading the "on the deserted island pick one movie" thread made me want to ask everyone what some of their favorite "guilty pleasure" movies are. These are movies that you know are bad, or dumb, or something that anyone with your maturity and feel for film should not like, but you still do.

One of mine is "The Big Hit" I don't know what it is about that stupid movie, it just cracks me up. In my defense though, it has one of the best pieces of dark comedy that I've seen. Decent action sequence in the beginning, too. But the rest is just campy junk, but it still is fun to watch.
 
Guilty pleasure movies are the best:

The Return of the Living Dead is the king of them all for me. But I can list hundreds of films in this category.

Are you crazy? Groundhog Day is a great movie.

Blade: Trinity

I've seen that movie like fifteen times, and I don't even like the Blade series at all. And like Hudson, I could probably name lots. LoL

The Big Hit is so entertaining... but so like... bad. LoL. Great choice.

I know. I dont have any real guilty pleasures, so I put up one of my favorites. I dont understand "guilty pleasure". You shouldnt feel guilty about watching a movie.

Kind of embarrassed to say I've never seen it. Guess I'm going to have to.

It's not yet a guilty pleasure because I think it's a great Action film, BUT Seagal is such a hack, I know sometime it the future I'll consider it one!! Under Siege.

Another guilty pleasure though would have to be Cliffhanger. That movie has more holes than Swiss cheese AND it has Stallone (not one of my favorites, sorry, JH) but I can't seem to turn away when I see it.

Damn! I always make fun of that movie because of the title. And I've never seen it. My list of "must sees" is growing...:thumbsup:
 
Just about any kids' movie. No worries about the "big issues", the deeper meaning, or the philosophical take...just settin' back and giggling or tearing up, as appropriate.
 
Let me qualify this by saying my girlfriend refuses to watch cartoons, so it's my guilty pleasure to watch them alone:

Probably the worst movie ever made, and hopefully none of you have ever seen it but i think its the funniest movie ive ever seen!
That or the Legend Of The Chupacabra!
