Guide to marketing of an indi film?

Anyone can recommend a read or share his/her thoughts about marketing an indie film ($200k-450k)? It seems that i have the production in my little finger as i've done about 200 of those (commercials, music videos, feature films, docs etc) and having seen the post on those (and dating an editor that deals with post all the time) i have pretty good understanding of what it take to take a film through the post (including costs) but i'm a bit clueless about what to do later with the film and what numbers i should be dealing with.
So let'c compose a list of what i would need:

Logo (for film's opening and print/advert)
Website (hosting, design, streaming set-up, set-up for blog for easy updates)
Poster (design, print in a few sizes)
Postcard (design - maybe the same as poster, print)
Other printable (stickers?)

Social networks set-up (twitter, facebook, youtube, vimeo)

Hire a PR person, yes?
Hire social networks person, yes?

Take the film to film festivals. Prestigious at first then if that doesn't work to b-level.
Travels and accommodation for 2-3 people/festival.

I'm sure i'm missing a ton, anyone can help grow this list?

Patryk,

I think you should head over to Filmspecific.com. There are a few free audio recordings that cover a range of topics including promotion. Maybe sign up for a month and listen to and read all of the materials. The site has a lot of info and how to set up your movie to do well from the beginning. There is a Million Dollar Blueprint audio recordings by a the person who directed Corrado (which has a long thread on this site) that discuss how to finance a million dollar film. I know your film isn't that amount but there are good nuggets of info on those recordings.

Good luck!

Well the case is a bit unusual because I do have financing in place but incidentally not for one film but for a slate of small films. The people putting down the money are excited but knowing how to make money they don't really know much about the film business thus i don't want to simply have a great film that goes nowhere. Moreover as they invest in the company rather then a particular film i sens that part of the marketing needs to be taken seriously in consideration because it will bite the budget of the other slated films if say $200k gets spend on marketing a film if originally it was suppose to be only $50k. Thus i'm looking for some advice from people who went through this already and hear about the things that they didn't foresee as far as out of pocket expenses.
