Grr... Panasonic Service

So I've got a problem with my DVX.

I have called the service line a number of times, only to wait on hold for up to 5 hours, with no answer. I have emailed as well with no reply. I have a shoot coming up next month and I need my DVX fixed by than. Does anyone else have problems with Panasonic? Any solutions?

You waited on hold for 5 hours?  If you want to really aggravate yourself, just hit your big toe with a hammer--that should last for hours and you can go out.   ;D   If you have a valid warranty--email Jan Crittenden, the DVX100 product manager.
