Growing Architecture

I am looking to source some computer animation work and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations as to pricing, turnaround time, and/or reputable companies.

We will have either a steadycam or drone shot (approx 10 feet above ground) moving through a 15 acre parcel. The effect we are looking for is that of buildings sprouting up, roads appearing...essentially a computerized representation of a "maker faire"/shopping center assembling itself as the camera flys through the location.

I have worked strictly with traditional production tools (cameras, lights, grip, etc) and have zero experience with computer animation. We a putting together a proposal and would like an accurate costing of the above.
