grinhouse look

I'm trying to recreate a grindhouse look. I managed to get the splotches and the lines, but matching the colors is proving to be challenging.

here's a photo of exactly what i want

any suggestions?

I actually figured this out.

I just used Magic Bullet, then added tons of contrast, decreased the master saturation while increasing green saturation and a bit of orange tint.
