i haven't started using it yet but i have the xfactor gridiron that came with my AE pro and its really confusing, if you use it on more than 2 cpu's it says that it puts watermarks?
i was planning on using it with both my dual xeon workstation and i had some spare parts and i through together a dual xeon box just to throw on the network to run the AE rendering.
now i'm not sure what the point is?
if i run the gridiron JUST on the two cpu's on the spare machine, would that benefit the tasks that the main workstation is doing in AE at the same time??
i read that the older version let you buy more licenses per cpu, does anyone have a copy of that and want to sell it? i need 4 cpu's i guess.
is there anything else out there that does this sort of thing but lets you use 4 cpu's???
