DVX + B+W Polarizer = This frame grab... NOT a picture. You can see my Hoya hood vignetting. The water sure looks cool down there doesn't it? It's been just long enough for me that I don't remember the best restaurants, but I know that Jimmy Buffet's place was a let down... no special margaritas there boy!

There was some place, right on Duvall... opposite side from Jimmy's... most of the seating outside... like a white/grey house... I remember getting a super-good grilled fish dinner there.

Don't forget to take a pic at the southern most point... "90 miles to Cuba".

Jeez you're actually making me miss that place... me and my GF had a pretty good time down there.

Yep... I was gonna' say so... but I knew you guys would have no problems figuring it out.

I just remembered... the best Key Lime Pie is from The Key Lime Pie Factory! Be sure to get a piece of THAT before you leave! I ate KLP at least once every day... and the KLP Factory is a chain, but man did they figure it out! We went to some restaurant that was supposed to have the best KLP, but nope, the Factory had the best.

Here's another random shot. It was a lot of fun down there... but non-drinkers need not apply... if you don't want to put a buzz on then it's only about 50% as fun. (excuse the honesty here)

Hey Rapier! Since you've got a way better cam then me post some more pics! I'm enjoying your vacation vicariously through you now! Sorry... I forgot that this is your thread.
 
Avast matey. All you need to be a pirate is to say you are one! Just like being a director. That and Pirate Association of International Waters union dues. One box of treasure a year.

I thought I knew exactly where you were in KW... I assumed you were at the very end of Duval St. and east side... now with the waterfront I can't tell... you gotta' be on the east (or farthest LEFT) side of KW no? If you want to watch the night shows (like the tightrope dog) don't you go right out to the water and make a right? Then go about 100 yards?

I thought I recognized your hotel, but seeing the water I have no idea where you are... I originally thought you were right next to the shopping square... the one with the high lookout in the museum or whatever it is... also, speaking of pirates... why don't you go see "the real pirates of the carribbean" for me so I'll know if I missed anything... but take a margarita with you.

All I know is if I get back there again I want to stay ON Duval or at most one street off it... but it looks like YOU chose wisely.

Oops... I forgot to say that yeah... your pictures freakin' rock... all you guys on DVXuser are sure making me wish I had a better still camera.
