Greenscreen + XL H1 any advise?

Hello all.

I have to create a greenscreen of a girl jogging, running, jumping and doing pressups, it will eventually be silhouetted like the itunes videos.

I presume shooting in interlaced at a higher shutter would be best? 100?

Has anybody any experience with greenscreen and the XLH1 can you give me any hints or tips? thanks in advance.

Why are you shooting interlaced, do you intend on doing slomo later in post?
I would otherwise shoot 25f, if you can shoot uncompressed or to prores or
some other less compressed codec out of the SDI. Otherwise all the same
rules apply for greenscreen lighting etc. One thing if you do shoot hdv try
a chroma reconstruction in post like magic bullets deartifactor or Natress g nicer etc.
