Green screening Software

I just saw and amazing green screen project that was flawless. The background even showed thru the spaces between the talent's hair. Just a great job. It was done in Adobe ULTRA. Is there an equivalent software for the Mac that would do an equally nice job?
 
You could get Shake. It has some nice built in keyers. Otherwise I guess there is DV Matte from dvGarage. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

I have had results like you describe using DVMatte Pro.

This is a grab from something I did, but bear in mind the background was just something that I had to hand, it wasn't meant to be behind it, so the perspective is all wrong.

DVmattePro is a plugin for FCP and costs about $200
 
Yeah, the keyers are nice in Shake, but if you have FCS2, then you've got a great solution for FREE. Just send your clip to Motion and use Primatte, then save it back to FCP.

Although i've only used the Sony DFS-700 switcher with green screen, I think FCP would do a great job. It's a bit complicated though..
