Green Screen plugin for Final Cut or Motion?

Hey All,
I need a plugin for some Chroma Key work, and I've been told Motion is a good way to go with the right plug-in.

I don't have After Effects, so my only real options are within FCS.
Anything out there that anyone would recommend?

Using the Primatte filter in FCP works very well. I use it almost daily on our green-screen stuff, which is primarily what we shoot. Plus it is free.
 
I just followed a tutorial for Primatte RT in Motion and it worked well.
I'll look into keylight as well.

I've been using the key in FCP for the longest time. I have Keylight, and it works great as well. The most IMPORTANT aspect of getting a great key, is PROPER LIGHTING. If you're lighting is poor and your screen is not evenly lit, your key will suffer. 4.2.2 footage is going to get you the best results.

Also make sure you have the Color Smoothing plugin first in your chain, then your keyer of choice, and then of course any color correction.
