This subject may have been talked to death but...I need some advice on keying in Final Cut Pro 4.5 (soon to be 5) with discussion about Ultimatte AdvanTage. It's a ***** that Serious Magic's ULTRA does not run on a Mac???? Read that it's the use of microshaft (Microsoft's DirectX architecture) software that stops Ultra from being used on a Mac. Love the vertual sets and the reasonable price but here's the thing.
Can I preview the background with AdvanTage on the green screen while shooting? Anyone use Ultimatte AdvanTage around here?
