i want to do a short that involves adding an audience to the exterior of a boxing ring. Can someone help me step by step.
What type of material do I use, I read about bright green fabric?
How do I light it?
How do I add the audience in post?
I know dumb questions but I am the newest newbie.
I have a older dvx100-setting would be a big help too.
thanks people.:crybaby:

Well, the first question would be, do you have an actual boxing ring. The second would be, where do you want to put the camera. The third would be does the camera have to move. The fourth would be, if you have the resources to film enough people for a crowd to be used in a green screen, why couldn't you get them to come to the shoot.

As far as material goes, yes, bright green fabric will work, but it only works as well as you light it. And for wide shots, you're going to need a lot of it. And you'll need it pulled tightly to evenly light it. And you'll need something to attach it to. And then your going to have to do some work in post to keep it clean because if you don't keep the screens far enough away from the tallent they'll end up with some green reflecting on them, which will end up pulling in your NLE.

Do you have any more information that would help?

On almost any shot I can think of that you would want for this, (save for a ECU) if you have the resources to green screen it effectively, you have the resources to get some people in there.
