Green Screen Cheaply for Chroma Key

I need a portable & inexpensive means to chroma key my talent while on the road. I've been told that certain shades of green don't work. Any specific color name for it?
Currently, I'm asking fabric houses for Electric Lime Green.

Any help is appreciated.

All the best,
- Robert

I just went to a fabric store and got a few yards of the most ridiculously bright green stuff I could find. It works great and it was cheap as hell. Look around for something that (and I quote my girlfriend here) "doesn't exist in nature."

I picked up some fabric at walmart, the brightest color I could find. It worked well, but I ended up stretching it over some large cardboard I got from a local business's trash so I could pull it tight and get rid of the wrinkles.

I'm working on green screen projects for last three years. My experience is, If your budget allows you, then go get yourself a chroma-flex.You will want to take full advantage of Reflecmedia's Croma-flex and ring. You don't need to worry about lighting your screen and no green spill on your talent.
