Green Screen and Motion Tracking

Does anyone know of any good tutorials or tips for Motion Tracking shots on green screen. I have been using it for a little bit but wish to know some more advanced tips. For example, I have been shooting high speed action shots on green screen with motion tracking dots on the screen. I am want to know how to track effectively so I can drop in the background plate with as much ease as possible. See my problems are that shooting high speed action , the tracker dots are constantly moving in and out of frame, so I have to constantly change my tracker points to keep the background plate in perspective.

Any tips or....just about anything will more than likely be helpful.

Thanks in advance.

Videocopilot.com doesnt really contain anything that would help you... They have a simple tutorial on sky replacement, that contains a small amount of motion tracking, but nothing that would really help you as it doesnt contain tracking dots or a greenscreen. However, Videocopilots creater, Andrew Kramer, is a resident here at DVXuser so i'm sure you could PM him and get the answer your lookin for. Good luck!

How about a direct link?

I dont think Grinded needs a tutorial on basic tracking, read his post! He mentions that he has been doing it, he needs a tutorial for a large scale tracking method, to where different reference points move on/off screen, and how to effectively work with that situation.

Thank you so for the suggestions, however Invision is correct. See
I have experience using motion trackers, but I am trying to learn the most efficient ways and more importantly, how to use them for high action greenscreen shots.

So again, if anyone can help, I would appreciate it greatly.
