Green Screen AF100 footage - Test shots

I looked at your uploaded footage, and it looks like you don't have your sharpening turned off. Sharpening (aka "hyping" in video post parlance) adds a colored halo on cantrasting colors to creat an illusion of sharper detail. The halo makes it very hard to pull a good key. Whenever you key on digital video, turn all sharpening off, so your transitions will be smooth and high resolution.

Edge lighting is not necessary in digital green screen. It's much more important that your subject be as far as possible from the screen. Ideally, you should be able to turn off the key and fill lights, and the subject should be an absolutely black silhouette against the green. If you see any green wraparound, the subject needs to be further away from the screen.

As a general rule of thumb, light your greenscreen one stop darker than the subject. It makes the key cleaner, and reduces spill.

Assume that all keying will be a multi-layer operation. Stack several copies of the footage and apply your favorite keyer. Then roto out the parts that aren't working and replace then with copies that are tweaked properly.
