Green bar on Audio tracks

I used a Hi-MD to record uncompressed PCM for my film. Then I set my sequence as 44.1 kHz, 16-bit and Stereo Downmix (same as the format of the sound file) but there's still a green bar above the tracks. What am I missing?

I did it with no problem in FCP5 but when I updated to 6 this problem appears. Anything related to version problem?
