Green and pink pixels in Premiere Pro CS5

Just shot some stuff with my AGAF100 (AVCHD) and when I was editing in Premiere Pro, I noticed a couple clips had some green and pink pixels. Is there any way to remove these?

Look closely to the left of the chair and bottom right close to the chair. I should have probably uploaded a zoomed in picture

I see them... is this a screen capture from the editing monitors in Premiere? And if so, what is the playback and paused resolution? Full, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8...?

Yes it's a screen capture from the editing monitor, and both playback/paused resolutions are set to Full

Play back on a monitor directly from the camera. If the problem persists, try cleaning the head. If there is no head or if the problems persists then consider you have dead pixels which is of course bad news.

I dont have any dead pixels with my other footage i shot. Just this one. So I'm not sure if its a dead pixel issue with the camera. The main problem is that this scene is critical to the overall project I shot. Is there any way to clean it out in Premiere Pro?

For very small defects like dead/bad pixels, BorisFx has a module called "Pixel Fixer" for these situations. $100 but if it saves your shoot, priceless.
