Great video!!!

Downloading now... that's quite a contraption for holding your boom. I believe that's the base of a fan.

Thank you. You're right. although I think my 'word' was better in this instance.

Well, I, for one, needed that.

And now, I'm going to go watch X2mag68's Yet Another Art Video with my eyes closed for another couple of giggles. :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

Wait a minute!!! So, the further you are from a microphone, the more quiet the sound? And if I point a mic away from me the sound quality will go down too? .....And what's this "Q, R, S, T, U, V" thing?? I thought it was "Q, R, T, S" ?

I have learned so much from this video. It teaches not only the ABCs and good sound, but also about life. When I have children this will be the only video I will allow them to see. Thank you.

I want some a-b-c-d-stuff in the next x000th-post video ;)

Give that guy a cooking-tv-show. "Hi, my name is Lee... and this is an egg. E - G - G! Now I go to the refrigerator. R - E - F - R ..."

THAT mic stand thing looks AWESOME! :)

But the vid itself isn't half bad (apart from some technical issues): whereas most here will know what he is showing, I bet many don't. Depending on what his site is all about, it has some educational benefit for the right customer/viewer.
Mind you the mic is a little PRO for this basic "tutorial" but still: kudos to Lee for making this. I reckon a collection of such videos would be a good place for someone to get a BASIC understanding of video/audio.
