I've seen some of you asking about what is a good case for the 100a under $100.

That's awesome! I just wish it was less conspicuous. I will be taking it all around NYC and it pretty much says "expensive equipment inside." Anyone know of something in the under $100 that is a good soft case for the dvx? Used is fine. Anyone in NYC know of a good place to go?

well, just got this BLACK portabrace bag at b&h...

not very creative of me, i know, but it works well so far. at $179 it's obviously more than a hundred bucks, but it includes a nice little interior pouch that you can slip onto yr belt or keep velcroed inside the case, and a free qs-m4 raincover for yr dvx, which otherwise retails for $50....
