I had ordered a mic holder the SABRA-SOM SSM-1 shockmount from the sound room and though it was as advertised, it was threaded for a much larger mike stand than my boom pole thread had. I contacted Paul about my problem and he sent me a custom adaptor that fit perfectly and solved my problem. I can recommend this mount as a low cost, well made and very effective in isolating your mic from outside vibrations and handling noise. And I can recommend their service after the sale too.
