My company has about 11,000 director's reels in our library and I see a lot of great work. I stumbled upon this group of directors recently called "Complete Pandemonium" and I really find their work to be top notch. I believe all of these directors come from ILM, and were at one time a part of Banned From the Ranch...so all from heavy vfx backgrounds.
Complete Pandemonium has now dissolved, as these three directors have gone to work on a digital feature for Disney, I believe Steve "Spaz" Williams is directing.
