Graphics Vibrating

I've created a "lower thirds" news graphic layed over a news broadcast. Everything looks fine, I export it with "normal settings" and everything is what I'd like....

except

that the outer edges of the graphic or template seems to "vibrate" or "shake" in a very subtle way all the way around. It's not blatant 9.0 earthquake like but it is definitely noticeable. What's going on?

What do you mean by "normal" settings?
Are you seeing this on your NTSC monitor?

Feel free to post a link to the clip.

The edges of the graphic sound like they might be too thin resulting in the twitter effect you see. Try adding a slight vertical fast blur of about 0.4 to see if it cures it.

Nicholas is right, I usually don't make any line smaller than 3 or 4 pixels wide.

Also if you render out a progressive graphic, and play it back on an interlaced project, or any other variants of field conversions that can cause the shakes too.

I assume it's a vertical shake right?
